I founded KNW Services Window Cleaning in 2019 and, together with my wife Olivia, worked tirelessly to grow it into one of the most recommended in the area; through consistent attention to detail, dependable service and a commitment to customer satisfaction we built and maintained a 5-star reputation that our clients trust. Outside work Olivia and I share a passion for scuba diving, mountaineering and climbing, and we relish spending time with our two dogs, which keeps us grounded and energised for the demands of running a small business.

For the past four years I’ve been working alongside Kelyn to build the business big enough to support us both, sharing the day‑to‑day tasks and long hours that have turned our vision into a trusted service. We married in 2023, which deepened our partnership both at home and at work, and in our downtime we recharge together through the hobbies that keep us sharp and connected — scuba diving, rock climbing and mountaineering. Balancing family, business and adventure has made our collaboration stronger and more resilient, and it’s been a privilege to grow the business together.
